The Kerala Corrugated Box Manufacturers’ Association (Kerala CBMA) proudly hosted the 4th Managing Committee (MC) Meeting of the Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India (FCBM) on 20th September 2014 at the luxurious Hotel Le Méridien, Maradu, Ernakulam.
Full Participation & Unique Hospitality
A majority of the Managing Committee members from across India attended, making the event one of the most well-represented meetings of the year. All MC members arrived in Kochi on 19th September and were accommodated at the same venue, Hotel Le Méridien—possibly the first time in FCBM’s history that every MC member stayed together at the meeting venue, ensuring smooth coordination and greater fellowship.
Kerala CBMA has a legacy of hosting memorable MC meetings. Nearly four years earlier, the association had made history by organizing a Managing Committee meeting in Kochi aboard a moving luxury boat, a unique event fondly remembered by many members.
Productive Discussions & Key Decisions
The MC meeting on 20th September witnessed meaningful discussions and debates, resulting in several important decisions shaping the federation’s future.
President Shri Ramchand Arora applauded Kerala CBMA for its exceptional arrangements, and his warm appreciation was welcomed with enthusiastic applause from all members.
Technical Seminar & Cultural Evening
On the eve of the meeting—19th September—Kerala CBMA organized a technical seminar at the same venue, attended by all MC members. The seminar was followed by a gala dinner, fellowship, and vibrant cultural programmes, adding colour and charm to the occasion.
